At SimpliFire Electric Fireplace Parts, we want to ensure your heating solution is back in working order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your parts within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition.
Verify Compatibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure the part has not been installed or modified, and is returned in its original manufacturer packaging.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your fireplace components with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Processing and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned parts to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
