How do I know if a part is compatible with my SimpliFire model?
You can find your model number on the rating plate located inside the firebox or on the back of the unit. Each product page lists compatible model numbers; if you are unsure, please contact our support team with your serial number.
What is the standard shipping time for replacement parts?
Most in-stock parts are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are these genuine OEM SimpliFire parts?
Yes, we exclusively sell genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to ensure the highest quality, safety, and perfect fit for your electric fireplace.
What is your return policy for electrical components?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that electrical components that have been installed are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Do replacement parts come with a warranty?
All genuine SimpliFire parts come with a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process and cannot be halted, but you may initiate a return once the item arrives.
